Luke specialises in criminal matters in the Supreme Court including trials, pleas of guilty, bail application and appeals.

He also offers services in the Magistrates Court including hearings, pleas of guilty, coronial inquests, contest mentions, restricted licence applications, bail applications, family violence orders, and restraint orders.

Luke specialises in all criminal matters including the following charges:

• Offences involving allegations of violence including assault, wounding, causing grievous bodily harm, manslaughter and murder

• Offences involving sexual allegations including assault with indecent intent, indecent assault, possession of child exploitation material, persistent sexual abuse of a young person and rape

• Offences involving allegations of dishonesty including fraud, stealing, burglary and robbery

• Offences involving allegations of drug use, possession or trafficking

• Offences involving allegations of family violence

• Offences involving allegations related to driving, including drink drinking, drug driving, driving whilst disqualified, driving whilst suspended, and negligent and dangerous driving,.

Luke is based in Hobart but can travel to Launceston, Devonport and Burnie.
